Good Luck
If you were a pt of this facility take note that its now Capital Open MRI in Hamilton. If you need a copy of your images call 1 (609) 695-0085 Fax No# 1 (609) 695 4289 This is the most god awful place. You will have to go there to get them and odds are they will tell you they are not at that location and you will have to come back . I don't know what happen to make them leave Toms River, but from the looks of this new place it couldn't good. Good Luck!
