Bios

• Meet Dr. Kuller

  After graduating from Syracuse University with a BS in Biology, he enrolled at the New York University College of Dentistry and earned his DDS degree in 2012. Dr. Kuller then completed his dental residency program at Wyckoff Heights Medical Center in Brooklyn, NY where he won the Resident of the Year Award. He then returned as a chief resident, heading the dental clinic in the hospital with the first-year residents under his tutelage. He won the Resident of the Year Award again, all while expanding his clinical skills and knowledge amongst a diverse and complex patient population. ‍ After completing his residency program, Dr. Kuller began working in a large group practice on the Upper West Side of Manhattan. Here, he further honed his skills in restorative, cosmetic and family dentistry as well as Invisalign. In NYC, he participated in “Give Kids a Smile” Day annually and has lectured children and parents in schools on proper oral hygiene. He is excited to enter into the Toms River community and make an impact while giving back to people of all ages and backgrounds. ‍ Dr. Kuller is an avid NY Giants fan and enjoys cooking, playing golf, eating, stand-up comedy, reading and exploring new places along the Jersey Shore.

• Dr. Kelly

  Dr. Brooke Kelly-Smith is a graduate of the University of Medicine and Dentistry of NJ (now Rutgers School of Dental Medicine). She then completed a General Practice Residency at Jersey Shore University Medical Center and gives great credit to their program for providing invaluable additional training. Dr. Kelly has been a certified Invisalign provider since 2008 and is an active member of the Monmouth-Ocean County Dental Society. She is proficient in all aspects of general dentistry, including comprehensive implant restoration. Dr. Kelly is a proud alumna of Sacred Heart University in Fairfield, CT and competed in Division 1 basketball for the Pioneers. She loves the beach, rock concerts, skiing, and basketball season! Dr. Kelly is married to her husband, Patrick and they have a son, a daughter, and a goldendoodle named Reef!

• Dr. DiCarlo

  When Michael DiCarlo was first considering a future in medicine, he chose dentistry over pediatrics as his true profession. Now, at DHC, he gets to bring the warmth and caring heart of the pediatrician he might have become to his dental patients in the field that he loves. After completing the rigorous course requirements for his degree from New York University College of Dentistry, Dr. DiCarlo was recognized, during his residency at Staten Island University Hospital, for his exceptional clinical skills. He was selected as Chief Resident, while training in the treatment planning, placement, and restoration of advanced esthetic and implant cases. ‍ Dr. DiCarlo is a faculty member at Spear Education, the institute for advanced learning in dental medicine. He is committed to mastery in dentistry and exceptional service because he believes that patients deserve the best at the Dental Health Center of Tom's River.
